Last Version: 0.7F ME
Hello my fellow Adventurers!
Nice, neat, well curated update this one is :]
We have ourselves two more awesome Races to choose among in the rooster, the Minotaur and the Rakshasa, both of them with their unique personality and ability to use. Took a bit of work, but it was totally worth it. In the process, all the other races got a bit of re-polishing, just to look all pretty and dolled up :]
Everything is explained in the machete_readme.txt. if you want to get the full details.
Next major update, the 0.8, is going to take a bit of a time, because the goal is to have a fully functional tileset implemented. Right now, graphics are back and you can choose them by clicking on the 'options' menu (upper menu window bar) But as they are imported from Vanilla Mother of Angbands, they lack a LOT of the stuff this Variant is packing under the hood. So next big update will be released when tilesets are here. In the meanwhile, more minor patches might be uploaded.
Well, well. So, folks, grab this 0.7F update and absolutely ENJOY it.
I love all of you guys out there. Thank you lots and I say, go down the Dungeons and obliterate those nasty goblins!!!

Hello there. I'm appending a last minute comment to the 0.7F release's devlog.
I'm hereby stating that there is not going to be a major implementation of adapted tilesets, beyond bringing back the originals, as they are *sort of* available in this patch. The reason is a major conflict with the code, and I'm way more inclined to enjoy my time dedicated to keep the Variant growing in quality content and Lore, than struggling with the code for something I don't honestly support. As it is well know, I might be a stubborn die-hard ASCII art lover.
Apologies for the dropped graphical expectations. ASCII emotional grip is too strong :]
That being said, next release will be ready in the next days, with more monsters, Uniques, items and little adjustments in the search for the Z Variant of my dreams.
Thank you for reading this, for the patience, for playing this my beloved Variant. See ya!
